Me and friend recently had a dining at the restaurant of Pista house Hotel, simple, nice, tastier affordable and good ambience. Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant was delightful. The decor was elegant and sophisticated, yet comfortable and welcoming. Soft lighting and tasteful background created a relaxing and romantic atmosphere, perfect for any special occasion you want with your friend. The menu was OK, with more of Non - Veg with a wide range of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients was clearly evident. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, showcasing the skills of the talented chefs. The standout dish for me was the Parotta with Paneer Butter Masala, which was a delicious selection of fresh, aromatic masala was added up with vegetables and panneer and is perfectly cooked and beautifully arranged. The falooda list was extensive, offering a great selection of local one and helpful in recommending the perfect wine to complement our meal. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu, and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations. Overall, I will recommend the restaurant at Pistahouse Hotel highly enough. From the stunning ambiance and delicious food to the exceptional service, it truly was a fantastic dining experience that exceeded all expectations,I would recommend family,solo people to have a good experience.

Wasn't 'expecting' anything special from this lunch, but was fully satisfied overall with the whole experience. Ambience & the Vibe was good enough for a wholesome Lunch. Staff was courteous enough to ask, accomodate us - Reshma & Pratima Naik were attentive for every other thing we needed. For a start, we ordered Punjabi chicken 🍗, it was rather sugary, but was changed and more spicy 🔥 (this is the first time someone listened to us and was changed within a moment). Meanwhile, they were going on asking for anything we'd like to have, constant feedback was something that I liked. Then we ordered Zafrani Chicken Biryani and it was ready within a moment, not being so speculative about Biryani taste, I was satisfied with that, and the quantity as well. All in all that courtesy part was great when we were given a rose 🌹- which most restaurants miss out, a gesture to win hearts 💕! It was a great experience having lunch at Pista House, Santosh Nagar. All the best! :)

I had 2 times Lunch Here and 3 Times Dinner, Pretty Recently i had dinner here 2 times (1 time with Friends around 1am in midnight, Food server was Okay (not so delicious) but Male Staff service was Good. We had Butter Chicken which was ok with some butter naan, later we order Zafrani chicken 65 biryani, QTY was good but taste was average, Later we order Apricot Delight that tasted fine. Later Yesterday I visited with my family, Here Serving Staff were Ladies - OMG They are so LAZY and Food was not at all YUMMY, We Order Tandoori Chicken there is no Smooky Feel and taste was pale and Later we order HYD Chicken Curry which was like Sweet Dish, Server dint even bother to Serv Butter Naan she kept it on Table and Told Us to Serv into our Plates, Later we Order Zafrani Chicken Biryani, Qty was Good we got 3 Big Pieces of Chicken in that but Taste was not Great, Later We wanted to Order Some Dessert but Seeing the Lady Servers the Mood and Mind all got Disturbed, The Person who have to check for Orders or Any Assistance noting,. we have to wave our Hand like we are seating in some shadi were food is served for Free and They come as they like, I DINT NOT LIKED THAT HOSPITALITY. Its Your Call now if u VISIT EVEN AFTER READING MY REVIEW.

Disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your establishment on 30.09.2024 I visited your hotel to purchase a pizza and sandwich and was given token number 437. However, despite waiting for over 30 minutes, I did not receive my order. During this time, I observed that orders with token numbers much higher than mine (e.g., 457, 458, 459) were being served, while my order was overlooked. When I approached the staff to inquire about my order, they were unresponsive. Even the cashier failed to assist me properly when I sought help. It was only after speaking to the manager that I finally received my order within 5 minutes. This indicates a serious issue with the order management system, and the lack of communication from your staff only added to the frustration. I urge you to review and fix the process to prevent this kind of inconvenience for future customers. I received cold food because of delay in order delivering bad experience.

The best restaurant to have all-you-can-dine they are serving Deccan, North, and South Indian food alongside bakery items and desserts at moderate prices. The quality and quantity of food are just fine, especially Zafrani and other Biryanis. Hygienic food is served by professional staff with outstanding services. The sitting arrangement is perfectly designed with a good atmosphere with background music. There are 4 Floors I think the ground-floor bakery and other items sales are available, the 1st-floor family dining hall, the 2nd-floor general public dining area, and the 3rd-floor banquet hall. The good thing is that elevator is available with 6 person capacity from the Cellar parking area to Banquet Hall. The parking lot is available in the cellar at absolutely no cost. The location is also easy to find opposite lane of Yadgiri Theatre.

Tastefully decorated interiors, hygienic and tasty food, what else a foodie like me look for?? Except for some inexperienced cashier and loud music everything thing is in perfection. The Ambience is quite a bit classy which provides a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. The upper floors are utilized as convention hall and banquet. The parking space in the ground floor is good enough to hold 15-25 vehicles and front area is reserved for four wheeler. The menu is standard everywhere in any Pista House branch, Chicken Broasted and Zaafrani Biryani are the most ordered items in any Pista House restaurant. The staff is very courteous and very lively.
