Pizza Hut | Nagaram, Secunderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had a terrible experience with Pizza Hut. I contacted their customer service online to inquire about using my Sodexo vouchers for payment in this perticular store near chakripuram cross road and the representative assured me that it was possible. So I visited the Pizza Hut store, but when I tried to use my Sodexo vouchers, the store executive informed me that they don't accept Sodexo transactions. This is unacceptable, as I had already made plans to visit Pizza Hut based on the misleading information given to me by their customer service. It's incredibly disappointing that Pizza Hut would mislead their customers in such a way, and I won't be returning to their stores...

There online service is ridiculous, I have placed order online at around8:45pm last night., And as they couldn’t deliver it I asked them to cancel, different people answered the call at different times and said they have cancelled it but there’s no confirmation of cancellation and refund., I don’t recommend anyone to order online and the taste was also awfull as we had to go to store and buy. Domino’s is far better(app) Best in taste.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. The Service/Billing Executive seemed absent-minded and unable to provide clear details on the billing — specifically, what costs were for which meal item. When I asked about the difference between what was shown in the advertisements and what was actually served, he appeared unsure and gave no proper explanation.
