Certainly, that's an extremely serious and disgusting situation of food hygiene and safety standards. Here are a few dra reviewfocuses heavily on the hygienic Found a Half-Eaten Chicken Piece in My Mutton Biryani. "I ordered a Mutton Biryani. What I received was deeply disturbing: I found a partially consumed/bitten chicken piece mixed into the food. This is not a simple mistake of mixing up meats; this is a catastrophic failure of food hygiene and safety protocols. How does a piece of food that has already been in someone's mouth end up in a customer's fresh order? This indicates a severe contamination issue in your kitchen or packaging process. The experience was utterly disgusting and ruined my entire meal. This matter is serious enough to be reported to the Food Safety Department. I urge the management to take immediate action. I will never be ordering from this establishment again, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. Beyond Disgusted! Found a Used, Half-Eaten Piece in My Order. "I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this is an urgent warning. I ordered Mutton Biryani, and when I started eating, I discovered something that made me instantly sick: a chicken pieces and chicken bone that had clearly been eaten by someone else (you could see where it was bitten off). The fact that this used, contaminated piece of food was somehow mixed into my fresh order is simply unacceptable. My appetite vanished immediately. This isn't about getting the wrong kind of meat—this is about basic cleanliness, health, and hygiene. This is a severe health hazard. The management needs to investigate their kitchen procedures immediately. This is the worst food experience I...
Read moreYesterday evening it was very bad experience for the first time. Since childhood I have been visiting with my family and friends only because we love the taste of food But service is always poor but yesterday it was really bad experience because when I visit the hotel along with my parents we were sitting and waiting for waiter but no response After 15 to 20 minutes waiter came & I placed the order of chicken family pack and again I have to wait for my order so long. After took so much of time finally waiter came with my order and served. Actually this is not new for me it's been happening every time but the thing which I don't like is used biryani put it back in hundi and serve to customers.
Actually i ask the waiter to give some plain rice because lower layer in the dish full of masala which I have already used it my hands so he took that dish full masala biryani and put back in hundi and get the plain rice in it. When I ask him where is masala biryani he told me they took back and replaced it with plain rice. Then again I ask him politely what you did with my masala biryani which there in the dish he replied we put it back in hundi. I ask him why put it back in hundi when it is used by me with my hands and that biryani u r serving to other customers and then he was asking me is it used by ur hand i thought it was used it with spoon. And he was arguing with me and change their words.
Very Horrible experience I...
Read moreShah Ghouse Hotel is undoubtedly one of the finest places to experience authentic biryani in the city. What makes it truly remarkable is the way they have preserved their traditional taste over the years. Unlike many restaurants that tend to lose their charm or alter recipes with time, Shah Ghouse has stayed true to its roots. The moment the biryani is served, the aroma itself is enough to make your mouth water. The rice is cooked to perfection, each grain separate and infused with rich spices. The meat is always tender, juicy, and well-marinated, blending seamlessly with the flavorful masala. What I love the most is the consistency—they have maintained the same taste and quality for years, which is why every visit feels just as special as the first one. The portion size is generous, making it great value for money. Along with biryani, their accompaniments like mirchi ka salan and raita complement the dish beautifully. Whether you dine in or take away, the experience remains the same—absolutely satisfying. Shah Ghouse Hotel is not just a restaurant; it has become a landmark for biryani lovers. It’s a place where tradition meets taste, and where the quality has never been compromised. Truly, their biryani is awesome, timeless, and a must-try for anyone who craves...
