SRI Balaji Family Dhaba — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have ordered many times food from this restaurant. Via swiggy and zomato But yesterday I visited this place for dinner and it was too dirty when I looked at kitchen it was horrible no hygiene at all and for all the different curries they are using same gravy.. they are not preparing fresh food.. just heating old same gravy and serving.. it smells very bad in restaurant all walls floor and tabels, chairs were dirty 1)I order veg manchao soup it was very spicy 2)Order roti and kundan paneer paneer was not fresh it was smelling 3) Then orders fried rice it was dry and salty Before when I ordered food online not felt this type issue but now By looking at this place and food taste felt not to order food again and visit...

I am a regular customer for Past some time. But when I recently went their ordered mix veg and Tandoori Roti. I received 2 Roti less. When I went back to them one friend of them told ki Bana ke Kha lete. They Tried to fight with me as well on this.

That was not the way to talk to someone when you have not given the Correct number of Item.

There are far better places to eat. If you want hygiene and Good Customer Experience. Please dont...

I visited Sri Balaji Family Dhaba and tried their Mushroom 65, which was below average. I also had Rumali Roti and Tandoori Roti with Methi Chaman and Cashew Curry. The taste of the food was just average, but the prices were reasonable.

The place and ambience could be better maintained. It’s okay for a one-time visit, but nothing more.
