The Chocolate Room — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This used to be my daily-go place when I was at Kondapur. I guess it was in 2014. But,there were lot of restaurants coming in that area and I somehow forgot to visit chocolate room. But,after many years a visit to this amazing place was such a relief. This brand has opened it's first outlet 10 years back. And even now,their consistency has never changed . Also,their ambiance has got a new look for every 3 years,I guess. . This is basically a Australian brand which is a bistro & cafe. This place is jaw-dropping with it's ambiance. This place just resembles their hard work and their creative art work. This can be your next favourite place ,if you want to hear soothing music, if you want to relax after work over a cup of hot chocolate or any other drinks. . In Hyderabad, from the past few weeks we are facing scorching atmosphere. To overcome that heat, chocolate room has came up with an idea of launching few summer chillers on their menu. This is such a great New for all the Chocolate room lovers like me🙈. . As a part of their new menu, we started off with their newly launched drinks. Mango flavored milkshake was sweet ,but not good in flavors though.I didn't find the true mango flavor in it. Butter scotch shake was good in flavors when compared to the mango one..!! And the best part is ,it is very thick . I really didn't want to miss any of their signature shakes,so I ordered myself a coffee frappe. The presentation of this drink was awestruck. The bottle is dipped in chocolate syrup and kept it in refrigerator and it turns out really good. Coffee flavor was infused in it nicely. . I just can't end it up with those drinks,right??. So, I tried some food options over there. Tandoori chicken sandwich was good in taste and goes well with the tomato sauce . But,it would have been great if it is more spicy. Non-veg burger was Soo good and I haven't tasted such kind of burger in the recent days. The Patty in it was so juicy and tasted absolutely insane. . And the best part of the session was giving the "wild Chocolate indulgence" freakshake which has lots of whip cream,wafers,gems and thick milkshake in it. That was fantastic and a visual treat to everyone. Even though,I was full with these items but didn't resist myself after watching pancakes in their menu. Choco-O-block pancakes are what dreams are made of. These are chocolate pancakes dressed with some amazing chocolate sauce and topped it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips. Hii ,I have visited this place with my friend ordered for 2 shakes ,a sandwich and a desert sizzling pancake. The shakes were not properly done and sizzling pancake was having the chocolate too burnt that i can feel the taste of charcoal when eaten and the pancakes were too hard and that was worst pancakes i have had. Not even one item was good to taste and the worst experiencer ever,, especially with “the Chocolate Room” in this location People generally visit because of the name brand but this place here has worst food. The girls over there were not considerable and also have adamant nature.The service is extremely worse and they denied the fact when i told them the items were bad and also service is also bad and replied me that was the giving them wrong feedback.

Change the chef or the people here and have the people who can treat customers in good and respectful manner at...

Worst service. They forced me to wait for an hour to serve Cappuccino. Hardly two other customers were present at the time and servicing people were 3 to 4. LOL. Whenever I go there, they always ask me to pay cash but not card and are reluctant to give the bill. I insist them to give the bill all the time. Perhaps this might be one of the reasons for their behaviour. If you want to visit the Chocolate Room, skip this Nagole branch at any cost and visit another Chocolate Room in the city.
