I had a very disappointing experience with this bakery for my son’s birthday. I had clearly requested a customized Lion King-themed cake, but what I received was completely different from what I ordered. Shockingly, they added teddy bears on the cake — something that had no connection to the Lion King theme at all.

To make things worse, it was a cream-based cake that was not stored properly, and it started melting and sliding down soon after setup. The design was ruined, and it disturbed the entire event. I had high hopes for a special birthday moment, but this cake became a big letdown.
