I recently dined and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was disorganized and uninterested in providing good service.

Firstly, we waited nearly 20 minutes just to be seated, despite the restaurant not being busy at the time. Once seated, it took another 15 minutes for a server to even acknowledge our presence and bring us menus.

When we finally placed our orders, it seemed like our server forgot about us .

To make matters worse, the food took forever to come out, and when it did, it was cold and poorly prepared. We had to flag down another server just to get basic condiments that should have been on the table.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction at [Restaurant Name] was truly appalling. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to steer clear unless they enjoy frustration and...

The Indian Coffee House is a restaurant chain in India, run by a series of worker co-operative societies. It has a strong presence across the country with nearly 400 coffee houses. These coffee houses are famous not only for their coffee but also for their historical and cultural significance. Many of them have been meeting places for political and intellectual discussions over the years.

The menu typically features traditional Indian coffee, a variety of other beverages, and multi-cuisine offerings including snacks and full meals. The ambience of these coffee houses is often noted for its old-world charm and simplicity, which harks back to the mid-20th century. Indian Coffee House is more than just a place to enjoy a cup of coffee; it is a part of India's modern social history, having been a venue for intellectual and political discourse among India's literati, journalists,...

In a line, Nice place for breakfast in morning drives to Ernakulam.

The Indian Coffee House at Kanjiramattom offers a pleasant dining experience overall, with tasty food, a nice atmosphere, ample seating, parking facilities, and clean restrooms. The availability of books and magazines adds a nice touch for customers to enjoy while dining.

However, it's unfortunate to hear that there were disappointments with the suppliers' dress code and service quality. Consistency in presentation and service can greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons. Providing feedback to the management about these issues might help them address them for future visits. Overall, it sounds like a place worth visiting, especially for those who appreciate a good ambiance along with their...

This place is only 1~2 year old. One of the newly opened branch of Indian Coffee House in this area. They keep up the standard of the food and coffee. ICH is special for their masala dosa with special pink color masala unlike the normal masala. The restaurant has a good seating space with wide windows. This helps in good air circulation. The restaurant area is clean and they have a very huge parking space for cars and bikes. They have restrooms for both ladies and gents. The staffs are friendly and helpful. What they can improve is the wash area. They should have soap liquid in all the individual washbasins Must try. Cutlets (I prefer vegetarian) Omelet (special beef omelet) Masala Dosa Of course the coffee 😉

Food: Quality of food is pretty decent considering the very reasonable prices they charge. Note that the menu is heavily tilted towards non- vegetarians, there are limited options for vegetarians. Ambience: The dining hall is quite large and can comfortably seat at least 40-50 people at at a time. There are large windows all around so it feels quite open and airy. More restaurants should try this. Parking lot is also quite large and can hold at least a dozen cars without any issues. Toilets: Toilets were clean and well maintained.
