Sir ,I visited KFC restaurant at South Avenue Mall Jabalpur and found that after placing the order they are not providing bill to the customers and just giving the order number . Are they cheating government or KFc company , saving tax or fooling their owner ? These need to be investigated and quality issue is also there . Last year a raid was done by food department and found Palm oil is used to cook the food . It's a cheating with the customer as we expect high quality food at a brand restaurant and pay more.for that .
Why employees at Kfc counter are not giving receipt of order placed they are just giving the order number to collect the food. Are they cheating kfc company or govt. This happened at Jabalpur city. SAM mall.. Today incident - I order the food thrice on my third order , I just wanted french fries only so I directly approached the counter , a good guy standing there told me i will arrange it but the other guy who had problem with that guy shown his seniority by saying no , come by line in a rude manner and scolded me , i again said it's my third order and i only need French fries only . But he scolded me In a insulting way. Then in turn i showed him my anger . You treat a customer with smile and Welcome them . Your anger and rude face will bring anger only on other face . Amd it's your mistake that you are operating only one counter instead of two rush and big line will create problems. That also look suspicious why only one counter is operated?

Read moreHad the most terrible experience. Ordered for veg rice bowl through zomato home delivery. It was delivered without veg patties. This was the third time this was repeated. Same Happened with dine in also. The staff is so lost. They Dnt know the serving etiquettes. They will serve cold fried chicken. Order is lying at the counter after getting ready and getting cold by the time customer is called. Despite instructions staff doesn’t follow.
Tried calling the restaurant. No response. No one took the accountability of this miss. The entire experience became a mess. Forget about the money spent. Order worth Rs 774/- became a waste. And no one is available to even listen to the grievance forget about compensating for the miss. Shame on kfc Jabalpur.
