We gave them the order for having a function at their place and they did not give us their best. it was held on 23rd May during the day time and we had around 66 guests. This hotel is run by three people and Many-a-times, what one person says changes completely with what the other person you met the next time. This happened with us. PROS: location, Food quality, space and built nature. CONS: there were several: AC quality in the hall. Our guests were all sweating during the entire event. It was a day event though and it was expected that it will be hot. Their arrangement wasn’t good. Food timings. They took a lot of time to have the food arranged and ready for our guests. I told them to keep it ready by 2pm, they were arranging it by 2:45pm. Serving quality. Not adequate staff given. They say that the drink, starter are unlimited in your package but it’s not like that. I have to go and tell them in person to start the starter and continue it. Poor way of servicing. They also stopped it intermittently or served it to only limited people. When we booked the package, it was told that 2 starters, 2 welcome drinks will be served. They change the welcome drink option to the last moment and change it only 1 which was from karry chaach to mere jaljeera drink and that too they served in so limited quantity, when it was so hot outside.

Overall, we will not be recommending this place to anyone planning to host a function at their restaurant. We also noticed during our earlier visit at an evening time when a function was going on. It was all messy as they were having both the function in their open ground and the restaurant running at the same time. You can imaging the service quality then as their are only...

I am highly disappointed with my recent order experience. It seems the outlet does not follow customer instructions properly, and the overall handling of orders reflects poor attention to detail.

I had placed an order through Zomato for two items and even added a note in the order. Additionally, I personally called the outlet’s number, which was answered by the owner, to politely request that two packs of chutney be sent since I had ordered two items. The owner pretended to acknowledge my request but completely ignored it.

The Honey Chilli Potatoes were well prepared and tasted good. However, the Spring Rolls were a complete letdown — there were fewer than 10 pieces, they were tasteless with no salt or spices, and most disappointingly, all the pieces were soggy.

While the packaging was impressive, the service and food quality were not up to expectations. The outlet clearly lacks proper management and fails to handle multiple orders responsibly.

Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their food quality and customer...
