I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes of having a delightful dining experience. However, my visit turned out to be less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my honest review.
Firstly, I ordered a pizza as a starter, expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the restaurant took an astounding 45 minutes to deliver it to my table. Such a long wait for a simple starter was quite disappointing, especially considering that pizzas generally don't take that long to prepare.
Moreover, I had requested the main course to be served 30 minutes after the starter. It was a simple enough request, but the restaurant failed to adhere to it. Almost immediately after the pizza was served, the main course was placed on the table, leaving me feeling rushed and unable to enjoy my starter fully.
To add to the disappointment, despite the extended wait and the hurried service, the taste of the food was only average at best. The pizza lacked the freshness and flavor I had anticipated, and the main course, though not terrible, did not leave a lasting impression. Considering the long wait and the rushed service, I had expected the food to be exceptional, but sadly, it did not meet my expectations.
The overall experience at restaurant left much to be desired. The combination of an excessively long wait for the starter, the failure to adhere to my request for the main course, and the lackluster taste of the food made for a disappointing evening.
The restaurant's management needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that diners have a more enjoyable experience. While the ambiance and decor were pleasant enough, it is the quality of service and the taste of the food that truly matter.
I hope that my review serves as constructive feedback and encourages the restaurant to improve its services for future customers. As for my own experience, I regret to say that I won't be returning to restaurant...
Read moreI have been to Asilah a lot of times, but today I had the worst experience ever. Even the live music wasn't there (Even after confirming with them on call, they had said they have music on weekends. After reaching also when we asked the staff, they said it's happening). The manger there didn't know how to treat their customers. Felt insulted and unwelcomed with the worst service ever. Wont recommend you to go in small groups. If you go in large groups they'll treat you well because they are making big money, but if you go solo or couple, it will be a bad experience.
My friend and I had went their for dinner. When we called the restaurant in the afternoon to reserve the table, we were informed that we don't need to book a table for two, we can come directly. When we reached, we sat on a table (for 4); and ordered a snack. Few minutes later, the manager came and asked us rudely to change the table to a small corner table (for 2) and after a short argument we declared that we are NOT changing the table. After a few minutes, he came back again and asked "Aapka aur kuch order hai kya?", in a tone that was asking us to simply leave if we are done; To which I replied, "Nahi abhi aur order karenge thodi der mai music start hone ke baad" after which he told us that music isn't happening today. And a few minutes earlier one of their own staff members had only told us that music is there today. Anyway, music is a secondary issue, but we felt very un- welcomed just because we were two people and he wanted to vacate the seat for four people. Very ill-mannered and rude manager.
So then I got very irritated and asked for the bill so that we can leave the place.
On a weekend, people go out to relax and chill and be prepared for the upcoming week and hectic schedule and it's the moral duty of these places to give their customers...
Read moreAsilah Jaipur is hands down one of the best pure veg rooftop restaurants I've ever visited. From the moment I stepped foot in the place, I was blown away by the stunning ambiance and warm, welcoming service. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the views from the rooftop are simply breathtaking. I could easily spend hours up there just taking in the stunning panorama of the city.
But let's talk about the food, because that's really the star of the show here. Every dish I tried was absolutely outstanding. The menu features a wonderful mix of traditional Indian cuisine and modern fusion dishes, all prepared with the freshest vegetarian ingredients and expertly seasoned. The flavors were bold and complex, and the presentation was truly gorgeous. I particularly loved the paneer tikka and the vegetable biryani - both were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
Finally, I have to give a shout-out to the service at Asilah Jaipur. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.
Overall, I can't recommend Asilah Jaipur highly enough. If you're looking for a pure veg rooftop restaurant with amazing food, stunning views, and top-notch service, this is the place to be. Five stars...
