I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel people need to know.

Owner’s Behavior: The owner was extremely rude and arrogant. When we politely gave feedback about a stale sweet, instead of accepting it or offering a replacement, he started arguing with us in a loud and insulting tone in front of other customers. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!

No Respect for Customers: He clearly doesn't value his customers at all. Rather than listening, he was busy blaming us and defending poor-quality food. It felt like we were doing a favor by eating at his place — ridiculous!

Food Quality: Sweets were not fresh, and the snacks were full of oil. Not even worth half the price they charge.

Service & Ambience: The staff looked scared and disinterested, probably due to the toxic environment set by the owner. Tables were dirty and the place was noisy and chaotic.

Final Verdict: A restaurant is not just about food but also how you treat your customers. With such disrespectful and egoistic behavior from the owner, I will never step into this place again and would advise others to avoid it too. Plenty of better, more respectful...

I visited this sweet and restaurant place expecting good quality, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had.

Food Quality: The sweets were stale and tasted like they had been sitting for days. The rasgulla was rubbery, and the gulab jamun was overly sweet with a weird aftertaste. Even the snacks were cold and oily.

Hygiene: Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. Tables were sticky, floors dirty, and the washroom was unhygienic and smelled awful.

Service: Extremely poor service. The staff was rude, inattentive, and acted like they were doing us a favor by taking our order. We had to remind them twice just to get water!

Ambience: Noisy, crowded, and uncomfortable seating. Flies were hovering around the counter, which made the whole experience feel unhygienic and unappetizing.

Value for Money: Definitely not worth the price. Overpriced items with no quality or service to match.

Overall Verdict: I will never visit this place again and would strongly not recommend it to anyone looking for good sweets or a decent meal. There are much better options...

I would say pathetic food quality, We did a take away and fully regret our decision to try out this restaurant. Panner butter masala' gravy was runny and tasted like a road side dhaba with just 3 very small panner cubes at price of 185 for half plate, and Dal Fry was the worst I ever had. It was so salty and not blended at all. Stuff naan was an equal disappointment. Butter Tawa roti was good though.

They just put one giant cooler in there restaurant which is aimed to cool down there owner and everywhere else it was so humid, very rough behaviour over counter and they bill generated was even wrong. They charged for few items as full plate which were...
