Bakingo — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I ordered a cricket themed cake for a milestone birthday. The icing was done like a two year old doodling. The figures were all sticky with some weird icky substance. In the emergency situation I had to source another cake within a couple of hours. I did take pictures and mailed them.

Not just did they dismiss my complaint, they insisted I should have complained immediately (I did so within 24 hours) for any action.

So not just did i receive a pathetic cake, I should have stopped the emergency alternative shopping, ignored all the guests and FIRST reported to Bakingo.

Please do not buy from them. They are so terrible on all counts. Look at the alleged grass and figurines in the picture I have...

I pre ordered a theme cake for my kids birthday on 10th May, n firstly they agreed, n we even shared the picture of the cake. But on the day of the birthday i.e. 11th....they said they won't be able to make it. Please note that we made the call to ask for some doubts but came to know that it has been cancelled due to some unavoidable situation. One should always keep a standby as well u guys need to inform. But Thnx to Jaipur cakes & more mansarovar they agreed to make beautiful n yummy cake.
