Jaipur Chaupati, often referred to as Jaipur Chowpatty, is a beloved culinary hub in the Pink City, designed to bring the vibrant street food culture under one organized and hygienic roof. Inspired by Mumbai's iconic Chowpatty, Jaipur has actually developed two main Chaupatis that are very popular: Jaipur Chaupati, Pratap Nagar: This is one of the more prominent and well-known locations. Jaipur Chaupati, Mansarovar: Another popular branch, often mentioned alongside the Pratap Nagar one. These Chaupatis are essentially large, open-air food courts, and they've become a go-to spot for locals and tourists alike to enjoy a wide variety of delicious street food and traditional Rajasthani dishes in a comfortable and lively atmosphere. What to Expect at Jaipur Chaupati: Vast Food Selection: The main draw of Jaipur Chaupati is the sheer diversity of food stalls. You'll find approximately 28 food shops and restaurants offering a blend of: Traditional Rajasthani Cuisine: Expect local favorites like Dal Bati Churma, Ghevar, and various authentic thalis. Indian Street Food: From spicy Golgappas and Aloo Tikki to crispy Kachoris, Pav Bhaji, and delicious Chole Bhature, the classic Indian street food scene is well-represented. North Indian Delights: Parathas, Punjabi dishes, and more. South Indian Specials: Dosa, Idli, Vada, and other South Indian breakfast and snack items. Chinese & Continental: While primarily Indian, some stalls also offer popular Chinese (Indian-Chinese fusion) and a few continental options like pizzas and sandwiches. Desserts and Beverages: Indulge in refreshing Lassi, Falooda, various ice creams, and traditional Indian sweets. Organized and Hygienic Environment: Unlike some traditional street food vendors, Jaipur Chaupatis are known for maintaining better hygiene standards. The stalls are well-managed, and there's a focus on cleanliness, which makes it a more comfortable experience for families and those concerned about street food hygiene. Open-Air Seating: Both Chaupatis feature extensive open-air seating areas, often covered with umbrellas or shaded structures. This allows visitors to enjoy their meals comfortably, especially during pleasant evenings. Some even have fans and coolers for warmer days. Lively Ambiance: The atmosphere at Jaipur Chaupati is vibrant and buzzing, particularly in the evenings. You'll find families, friends, and couples enjoying their food and the lively environment. Some Chaupatis also host live orchestra performances or cultural events, adding to the entertainment. Family-Friendly: With a wide variety of food options to suit different palates, comfortable seating, and often dedicated play areas or car rides for children, Jaipur Chaupati is an excellent spot for a family outing. Affordable Pricing: While not as cheap as individual street vendors, the prices at Chaupati are generally pocket-friendly, offering good value for the variety and quality of food available. Locations and Timings: Pratap Nagar Chaupati: Often mentioned as a major one. Mansarovar Chaupati: Another significant location, reportedly near Dwarkadheesh Park. Gopalpura Mode: Another Chaupati exists in Gopalpura Mode. Sanganer Bazar: One more mention of a Chaupati in Sanganer Bazar. Most Jaipur Chaupatis operate from around 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, though timings can vary slightly by location. Evenings are usually the busiest and most vibrant time to visit. Tips for Visiting: Go in the evening: The atmosphere is most lively, and the weather is generally more pleasant. Come hungry: With so many options, you'll want to try a bit of everything! Carry cash (and cards): While many stalls accept digital payments, having some cash is always convenient for smaller vendors. Be prepared for crowds: Especially on weekends and holidays, it can get quite busy. Explore different stalls: Don't stick to just one; try a variety of dishes from different vendors. Jaipur Chaupati is an ideal place to experience Jaipur's diverse culinary...

Jaipur Chaupati is located at Dwarka Das Marg, Mansarovar, Sector-11, Jaipur. Jaipur Chaupati’s opening time is 11 AM and the closing time of all the shops is 11 PM. Your timing needs to be right to enjoy Jaipur Chaupati’s experience. Make sure you plan your trip other than weekends to avoid the immense rush. We recommend visiting Jaipur Chaupati during the daytime or early evenings. It is an open-air food court with an ample seating arrangement. When you enter you will find a selfie spot at the left. This selfie spot attracts everyone with its beautifully decorated wall in white with traditional designs on it. The interior is spacious with small fountains, fans and nicely constructed seating space in the middle. Car parking is built in the premises itself just outside the Jaipur Chaupati. There is ample parking space and you won’t face any trouble. It has facilities for hand washing with cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Also, most of the shops accept digital payments so you don’t have to worry when in low on cash. There is only a minus point that outside food is not allowed at this place so if you want to celebrate your birthday party you won’t be able to bring cake from outside. Chaupati charges Rs.10/- per person for the entry. Food at this place does not just taste good but is affordable and hygienic. Jaipur Chaupati is sure to keep your pocket happy. You will get to taste the best of street food at 22 renowned food shops in this Chaupati. If you want to taste the flavours of this city rich in diversity, Jaipur Chaupati, is the best destination. Go experience yourselves and treat your taste buds. We are sure you wouldn’t be disappointed. Clubbed together there are a total of 22 outlets offering a huge assortment of street food in the menu. They serve local street food as well as cuisines from across the country. You will get everything right from chats, Gol-Gappa, Ice-Creams, Kulfi, Dosa and so on. Whether you are vegetarian, non-vegetarian or eggiterian there’s something...

Honest opinion in front of everyone in the place Jaipur chaupati is more of a like crowded. Also I would like to share a few more other things that I've noticed there that was like the shops are like you have lot of options definitely up and on the same side due to more crowd I would say like you will get less chance to eat their more frequently because you'll have to wait for others so that they are going to leave their places and then only you will get that place to sit on so it's really necessary to have like one hour in your bucket so that at least you are able to eat a meal with your partner including ice cream as well. Yah all the options like non veg or veg including chaat, masala dosa, pav bhaji and some chhole kulche, etc. Due to Covid security stand point no one is wearing masks at that place, only up to you if you can take that measure and wear mask and keep sanitizer with you.

As a suggestion utilisation of space could have been done like people taking food from inside and are sitting outside so that at least at inside when people are trying to take their food from the stall they do not get into rush right so that other people are able to eat outside of the mall food court that will help others as well so it's really necessary to create that space so that everyone can enjoy food at the same time at the same place. Rest ambience is nice and good for all age groups. Nice architecture as...

After Masala Chowk,Rambagh and Jaipur Chaupati, Pratapgarh... Jaipur Chaupati, Mansarovar is another addition to open-air food courts in Jaipur. This chaupati is located right in front of the Dwarkadas park in Mansarovar. It is a one stop destination to enjoy the local flavors of Jaipur. There are around 22-25 food stalls selling some of the famed and popular street food of Jaipur. It makes for a great family outing as it houses several eateries so that everyone can enjoy the food of their choice in one place...The variety ranges from pizzas ,bakery ,egg fort to stalls that cater to your desi taste buds like Rajasthani Vyanjan,Chole Bhature to Chaat Bhandar. There is a separate corner dedicated to selfie kings and queens named as Selfie Corner..A photograph in this corner would entail that you have an asthetically done up traditional wall complete with mirror work as your backdrop. You will find this place as soon as you enter the Chaupati.Entry fee is a nominal Rs 10 per person.. Timming 10a.m.-10p.m.Since it is a government enterprise timming schedule is strictly followed.
