Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Again!

I would never recommend this place to anyone—not for a casual dinner, and definitely not for hosting any kind of party. The food was disgusting, and the service was a total disaster. Our dinner was served one full hour after the starters, which is completely unacceptable.

Look at the pictures I’ve attached—this is what they served as Paneer Lababdar? The gravy was clearly not fresh, looked like it came from a premix, and the artificial coloring in it was just shocking. It didn’t even smell or taste like proper food.

The staff was utterly confused, running around with zero coordination. We had to ask for the same item multiple times before they even acknowledged us. The hygiene was pathetic—the place felt dirty, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority.

If you’re thinking of throwing a party here, don’t even think about it. Making guests wait over an hour for food is insulting and shows a complete lack of professionalism.

Overall an amazing experience, restaurant has three tiers of sitting, i.e open air, and on two levels indoors with separate spaces for family type sitting and one facing mocktail bar and Screen for those who enjoy some sports along with their food. Food is as authentic as it can get , stimulates your tastebuds and on top of that portions are quite generous, must try Chimichanga and Wraps. Staff is courteous and service is quite quick given that every order is made fresh from scratch. Best thing is that their kitchen has state of line equipment and is openly visible which shows that they have nothing to hide, definately reassures a person like me who has a OCD when is comes to food hygiene.
