Bad Service , Bad The only thing that human being remember is GESTURE . But In This place , that was the major missing element. So we (group of 4 frnds) visited the place in the evening of 14 July. We were enjoying and ordered some eatables And our order has come , then an incident occurred in between the serving of food item

The guy who bought the order spilled the glass of cold coffee/milkshake on my friend... But as a human being we haven't said a word . The things were ok ..We have supported him ..in such a polite way

But that guy .....you won't believe was passing the smile and didn't show any polite gesture of cleaning n all even The glass was picked up by my friend and he didn't even said Sorry to us which is a very reflex action .

And the cherry on the cake is the Owner . Guys Owner was there throughout the moment but He didn't even came to us ... For apologizing and all He was just roaming around the Ambience

They didn't even showed us the way to Washroom

In Between , my friend went to him and conversing about the spoiled moment

But again the guy was smiling

That is so shamefull

It's ok We understand that if something has happened wrong it can be the mistake

No one spills intentionally

But I have said in the starting that the GESTURE says it all

we have ordered some stuff before .. it had been an hour but the food was not prepared

We asked about the order, Then they said gas cylinder was down

They didn't even informed us

I personally recommend to not to go such a place
