Demeaning the brand value especially by the people here. Asked for Kulfi, while looking at it it looked not fresh when asked none gave the satisfactory answer, when the manager was called, he himself didn't have an answer, in fact he looked not interested whether you eat or not because there are many people who eat and don't complain and these guys are baking their money only on that.
When asked manager to sign and confirm that the Kulfi was prepared today, he ran away and when said to report in food department, he seems not interested and said do what you feel like, I don't care.
Luckily one camera is installed else my writing would have looked waste.
I gave INR 50, he charged 20 for Kulfi and when he saw me asking question on the quality he immediately put Kulfi inside and started taking out INR 50 I gave, maybe he thought I will just move away and he can still sell the stale Kulfi to others.
Guys, it's 0/10 for Kulfi, until and unless you are eating fresh and you can confidently vouch for its freshness.
No shame, arrogant people serving bad quality Kulfi and on the loss of our health National Handloom vidyadhar nagar is minting money.
Just be cautious if you eating from here, if you are luck you might get what you...
Read moreI recently visited National Handloom in Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, and I must say, it was a great shopping experience. The store has an impressive variety of products, from clothing and home essentials to groceries and Rajasthani handicrafts. It truly felt like a one-stop shop for almost everything.
What I loved the most was the quality of the products at reasonable prices. I found some beautiful large white pots for just ₹240 each, while the smaller ones ranged from ₹50 to ₹200. The collection of fabrics and ethnic wear was also quite diverse, making it a great place for traditional shopping.
The staff was polite and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. The store is well-organized, and despite being quite popular, I didn’t find it too chaotic. However, I’d recommend visiting during non-peak hours to avoid crowds. Parking was convenient, which was a big plus.
Another highlight of my visit was the street food stalls outside the store. From pav bhaji and pizza to ice creams and shakes, the options were amazing. Overall, National Handloom at Vidhyadhar Nagar is a fantastic place for shopping and food lovers alike. I’d definitely...
Read moreI recently visited National Handloom Road, National Handloom Rd Sector 2 Central Spine Vidyadhar Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan 302023 India ,and honestly, it left me quite frustrated. The way they handle the billing process just doesn’t make sense. You’d expect the person who’s standing in line first to get billed first, right? But no, the staff randomly prioritizes others with just one or two items, completely ignoring those who have been waiting their turn.
What’s worse is the attitude—when I tried to point it out, I got a rude response like I’m supposed to have all the time in the world to waste standing in line. It’s basic courtesy and common sense to serve people in the order they arrive, but apparently, that’s too much to ask here.
If they can’t fix the system or treat their customers respectfully, I don’t see myself coming back. Time is valuable for everyone, not just for the people with...
