Read moreDisappointed Long-Time Customer – Honest Feedback on Pink Adrak
I’ve been a loyal customer of Pink Adrak for over 2 years, mainly because of the homely taste, good portion sizes, and consistent service. But sadly, that quality has steadily gone down—both in food and service.
For eg.
Decline in Food Quality and Integrity
Ordered Veggie Delight sabji after confirming on call it had lauki chana sabzi.
Within a minute i placed an order. , I received aloo jeera instead—a completely different menu item. That's actually a separate menu item. That's prepared at outlet itself. Other meals used to come from common cloud kitchen so both are different.
This seems intentional. Just to keep their veggie delight meal combo and homely meal option on .
The mismatch between what’s promised and what’s delivered is disappointing and misleading.
Another big letdown is how oily the sabzis and paneer dishes have become. What used to be healthy and light has now turned heavy and greasy. The quality has clearly dropped after their outlet revamp and team changes.
The salad portions have been cut to half—earlier it was fresh and plentiful, now just a few slices of onion and tomato. And their idli platter? Comes with a pinch of coconut chutney. Doesn’t match the size or price of the platter at all.
Despite giving repeated feedback, nothing has changed. It’s disheartening to see a place once known for its homeliness lose its charm like this. Hope they take customer feedback seriously and bring back the standards that built their name.
Poor Service and Lack of Accountability
Wrong orders have become repetitive—feels like an ongoing issue, not an accident.
Post outlet revamp and team restructuring, service levels have dropped.
Despite giving feedback multiple times, no one has taken any corrective action.
Pink Adrak was once known for its homely feel and honest meals. As a customer for over 2 years, it’s really disheartening to see the standards fall this way. Hope the management takes...
Read moreTerrible Forced Online Ordering Makes for Frustrating Experience
1 Star Review:
I really wanted to enjoy my first visit to Pinkadrak based on its reputation, but the overall experience was utterly frustrating due to their nonsensical forced online/QR code ordering system that simply did not work.
When I arrived, the polite server explained that the only way to order food was by scanning a QR code on the table to access their online menu. Fair enough in theory, but the website would not load at all, apparently due to poor internet connectivity in their basement location.
I spent over 15 minutes repeatedly scanning the code and trying to access the menu to no avail. While the server was courteous, he wrongly tried to blame my personal internet connection instead of acknowledging an issue on their end. He recommended connecting to their Wi-Fi, which I did, but it made no difference - the website still would not load to place an order.
Around this time, I noticed other customers having the very same problems and getting increasingly frustrated, with some parties sadly being forced to leave without ordering at all because of the technological issues. It was shockingly poor service.
Finally, after over 20 minutes of waiting, the server agreed to take my order manually with a sympathetic look, clearly aware he was dealing with a flawed and inflexible policy. He seemed polite but ultimately helpless against bizarre management decisions.
The food itself was decent when it finally arrived. But the overall experience was soured by wasting over 20 minutes of my life simply trying to place an order because of their amateurish approach to technology. Adopting online ordering is fine, but not when you compromise customer service entirely by not accounting for spotty internet or offering alternatives.
Until Pinkadrak gets its act together with a functional system AND backup processes, I cannot recommend subjecting yourself to this ordeal. It's the very opposite of a "modern dining...
