Pizza City ka experience itna bekar tha ki main likhte hue bhi irritate ho raha hoon. Seriously, itna disappointing experience maine kabhi expect nahi kiya tha.

Staff ka behaviour Sabse pehle to staff ka attitude — bhai customer service ka ‘S’ bhi nahi aata inhe. Itne rude aur uninterested the ki laga hum khane nahi, unse udhaar maangne aaye hain. Kisi ko customer ki complaint handle karni hi nahi aati. Zero professionalism.

Topping & Cheese: Toppings sirf naam ke liye thi—layer itni patli ki microscope se dekhni pade. Cheese bhi proper cheese nahi tha, liquid type kuch use kiya tha. Aisa laga sukhhi bread pe paani mila diya ho.

Thin Crust Pizza: Jiska base to itna tight tha ki kaatne mein muh ki exercise ho gayi. Ye thin crust nahi, brick crust tha.

Taste ka to koi level hi nahi tha. Na seasoning, na flavour, sirf dry aur bland pizza. Aisa laga ghar pe bacha hua bread toast kha rahe hain bina namak mirch ke.
