Terrible service and unacceptable behaviour.

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. I clearly told the staff member five times that I wanted a pack of 6 mini waffles, yet he gave me a pack of 4 instead. When I pointed it out politely, instead of correcting the mistake, he started arguing and even used abusive language. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I could never expect this from a reputed brand like Belgian Waffle. Franchises like this are damaging the reputation of the brand. The staff here should be strictly changed. If such people continue to represent the brand, it will only lead to a loss of trust and customer loyalty. Definitely not visiting this...

Warning ⚠️ If you want your food to be delivered at home do not order online . If u order 2 or more items they will deliver only one n charge u of two items . No one is taking responsibility of it nor the staff nor the delivery guy not even the manager/owner... And when u complaint they cut the phone without even listening . And they tell us to come on store at 11pm . If we want to take it from store why would we order online .... Worst worst online delivery experience. 👎👎No more online delivery from this store .
