Great place to be in and one of only kind place in jaipur where you can see such kind of ambience and at night this place is lit . I found few reviews saying service is pathetic and slow and such but honestly for us it wasn't like that they were too fast and if your order in a go and explain them properly then things will be good. They have water boat table, couple tents also but need to book them 2 days before through call online and they are charged extra. Couple tents is a nice concept they have A.c. in it also and you can go for a date or celebrate anniversary in it.. private cosy place it is. Its a good place to go on a date as well. They have real ducks swimming in the water too. They have both veg and non veg options. They also serve hookah. Entrance n seating is quite exquisite. Now for food. Per person may go upto Rs. 1000 we 6 people went there and had a bill of rs. 6725.

Read moreWorst food ever tasted. Even a street vendor serve more good taste and quality then this restaurant. They work on low costing modal. Like in Ceasar Salad they added lot of salt just because they have to use ceasar sauce less. In pizza it's like they have used canned tomato puree as base there is no taste in pizza. In thai curry they added amul cream or any other creamer to it thick to save cost of coconut milk/cream they used the cheap supplements. It was thick like a north indian curries. Steak platter was more of rice in comparison to other things in platter.
Staff was rude and even after lot of queries they didn't tell me the name of the owner of restaurant. Chef came on table to talk and he gave an lame excuse to me that thai curry was very thick just because of climate. Like seriously how can someone give this kind of unrelavant replies. All staff was not good in handling customer.
They were dam rude ...They said we serve like this and our preparation is like this only. Whenever we serve you tatse it first and then if you like serve it to yourself and to your guest...and if not like it then we will replace it.....who speak like that.... Ab har cheez pe taste kerke receive kerni padege . They are not confident themselves for what they are serving. They made me very angry.
Totally spoiled my mood and my guests because very uncomfortable with there behaviour. They think that we jaipur guys can eat whatever rubbish they serve....Guys tell me do we don't know what quality and taste it? Can we fight...

Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, The Big Tree cafe and bar offers a pleasant mix of comfort and style.
The food is quite good, delivering on both taste and presentation. The staff deserves a special mention – friendly, attentive, and professional, they add a warm touch to the experience.
The ambience is inviting with a well-thought-out layout, and the space doesn’t feel cramped even when it gets a bit busy.
Outdoor decoration adds charm, making it a great spot for evening hangouts or relaxed brunches.
However, there are a few caveats. From 1 PM to 7 PM daily, the place switches to a buffet system priced at ₹499 + GST.
While that might seem reasonable, the lack of à la carte options during that time can be limiting.
A mandatory staff service charge is also applied, which some patrons may find off-putting, especially during quiet hours when the crowd is sparse.
**Another downside is the lack of flexibility in payment options – you cannot pay via Swiggy or Zomato, and there are no discounts or offers available through these platforms.
#Overall Rating: 3/5 Good vibes, solid food, and great staff – but limited payment options, no discounts, and the fixed buffet system during the afternoon hold it back from...
