BIG cheff — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

Worst place I have been to... I visited Big Cheff today with my wife n kid but I literally regretted the decision. First I asked for a cup of coffee and they said sorry it's not available, I asked for a cup of tea that was not available either even though it was on the menu card. The I placed my order but after sometime the waiter came n said sorry it's not available, at that point I was like do you have something available at all get anything.

Secondly the taste of the food was not up to the mark and it was undercooked

The place though was clean and spacious but the main purpose of restaurant is to serve the menu but unfortunately that didn't happen...

Good quality food but the behavior of one of the front office staff was quite dismal. After having placed an order for Biryani, I received it & found its quantity relatively lesser than a standard Biryani plate. I complained to them & received a very warm assurance of more quantity in my plate from a guy who I guess is the owner of the restaurant. However, there was an older guy there who made a scornful face & with a swag replied somewhat rudely that they provide that much quantity only. Rest...

The dining experience at this restaurant was somewhat disappointing. The food lacked proper preparation, and the uncomfortable seating added to the discomfort. While the atmosphere and vibe were passable, it didn't make up for the overall mediocre experience. Considering these factors, I would rate the restaurant a 3 out of 5.
