Today I ordered three pizzas – Margherita, Mix Veggie, and Chicken Blast – and honestly, all of them were tasteless. The Margherita pizza, which is supposed to be a classic with the same taste worldwide, was completely disappointing here. The Mix Veggie and Chicken Blast also lacked proper flavor and seasoning.

To make things worse, the restaurant was extremely hot because the staff had turned off the AC, which made dining very uncomfortable. The prices are also very high, and yet the quality was not even close to worth it. On top of that, when I paid in cash, they didn’t even have proper change to return, which shows poor management.

For the amount they charge, customers expect good food, comfortable seating, and proper service – but unfortunately, Hangul Restaurant failed in all these areas. Serious improvement is needed in both food standards and...
