Disappointing Experience – Tasteless Food and Rude Service

I recently visited Kathi Nation jammu and ordered a chicken kathi roll, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The roll barely had any chicken—just a bland mix of onions and flavorless stuffing. There was no taste of chicken at all, only overwhelming onion flavor.

When I raised this issue with the staff, instead of addressing the problem, they called the chef. However, even the chef did not show up. The staff rudely stated, “This is how our food tastes. Eat it if you want, and otherwise leave.” This kind of response is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.
