Over the past three occasions, I specifically requested mayonnaise on my burger, using the extra comments section in the online ordering system. Unfortunately, despite ordering from KFC thrice times, not once have I received the requested condiment. Today, upon receiving my most recent order, my disappointment resurfaced yet again as there was no sign of mayonnaise on my burger.

It is frustrating to repeatedly ask for something and never have it provided. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the convenience of online ordering, where specific requests can be easily accommodated. This consistent oversight on KFC's part has left me questioning the company's attention to detail and customer service standards.

It is crucial for fast-food chains to value and prioritize customer satisfaction. Small lapses in customer requests, like forgetting to include a condiment, can significantly detract from the overall experience. Every customer deserves to receive what they have requested, particularly when the request is emphasized multiple times.

I sincerely hope that KFC addresses this ongoing issue, as it significantly impacts the overall satisfaction and enjoyment of their otherwise delicious burgers. If KFC truly values their customers, they should review their order fulfillment process and ensure that customer requests, even seemingly minor ones like mayonnaise, are given proper attention and execution.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The service was bad, the staff was poorly trained, and the AC wasn't running, making it very hot. My order was incorrect: the Chicken Longer Combo - Large DI burger was small, and both meals were served in one box instead of separately. The chicken wings were minified, barely 1.5 inches.

Additionally, an extra Pepsi was added to the order even though they asked if we wanted it with the second order and we declined. No bill was given when the order was served; it was only provided after I asked for it later on. I then noticed they had messed up the order. Despite asking if the order included small or large burgers and wings, they still served small pieces of everything, whether it was the wings, chicken in the meal box, or the burger.
