Today, upon receiving my most recent order, my disappointment resurfaced yet again as there was no sign of mayonnaise on my burger.
It is frustrating to repeatedly ask for something and never have it provided. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the convenience of online ordering, where specific requests can be easily accommodated. This consistent oversight on KFC's part has left me questioning the company's attention to detail and customer service standards.
It is crucial for fast-food chains to value and prioritize customer satisfaction. Small lapses in customer requests, like forgetting to include a condiment, can significantly detract from the overall experience. Every customer deserves to receive what they have requested, particularly when the request is emphasized multiple times.

My order was incorrect: the Chicken Longer Combo - Large DI burger was small, and both meals were served in one box instead of separately. The chicken wings were minified, barely 1.5 inches.
