🚨Beware of Scam at KFC Sanat Nagar: Dishonest Cashier Manipulating Bills!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the KFC Sanat Nagar branch, and I feel obligated to warn others about a deceitful scam being committed by one of their cashier ladies. It is truly disheartening to witness such dishonesty within a reputed establishment.

During my visit, I noticed that the cashier lady deliberately added extra dips and fries to my order, resulting in a significantly inflated bill. When I confronted her about the unnecessary additions, she started providing feeble arguments and attempted to justify her actions and denied refund. It was evident that she was intentionally trying to deceive me and increase the total amount of bill . (same scam faced by many other people in this branch you can check reviews)

I was appalled by this behavior and , such dishonest practices should not be tolerated in the first place, and it raises concerns and should be reported to legal authorities

As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from any business I visit. KFC, as a global brand, should prioritize maintaining high standards of service and integrity. It is disheartening to see one of their branches tainted by the actions of a deceitful unprofessional employees or probably management.

I urge everyone to be vigilant while making their purchases at the KFC Sanat Nagar branch. Double-check your bills .

I am a KFC food fan like most of us and I find the service is professional mostly. But this outlet had the worst possible staff. The girl at the counter acted like she was doing the world a favour by taking their orders. On top of that, she added some special dips to the order which I didn’t even ask for. Upon enquiring about this possible mistake, rather than being apologetic, the girl threw a diva like attitude and said that she would return my money and therefore I should shut up 😂. Then instead of paying back the exact amount, she paid few bucks extra (which I am sure wasn’t out of her pocket). Few other relatives of mine have also complained about the staff being mannerless. KFC is a renowned name yet it failed to deliver the good quality food. Honestly the burger and fried chicken I had was legit raw. Totally wasting your money here. Limited amount of food choices and the staff looked very confused and definitely not active. I clearly said no to a particular sauce yet they put that in my bag. It depicts how absented minded is the staff.

I wouldn't suggest this outlet for sure cos what's the point of eating raw chicken burgers and paying double the amount from the average price for such raw burger and same goes for fried chicken as well. You can be easily find better at local places with less amount and most importantly...
