Parsa's Nowgam — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

As a fan of Parsa's 💚, I've visited many of their outlets from Kashmir to Jammu. The Nowgam branch, however, is much smaller, with a dining area around 12x12 and fewer tables. Despite the cramped space, the food was delicious; we enjoyed the Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Nawada 😋.

Unfortunately, the service was lacking. After waiting several minutes, we had to ask for water, which came in bottles without glasses. Even after requesting glasses, they only gave us four for our group of five😡. The staff seemed preoccupied with other tasks, affecting their attentiveness.

In short, while the food at Parsa's Nowgam is great👌😋, the service and space need...

Just bought a biryani from Nowgam unit,worst biryani ever, the taste sucks!even when I complain I was told it is very nice ,this is how a biryani is .Do they really think a customer will come to shop and when he purchases a meal and goes home he will complain out of fun.Are we liars?.No ethics how to handle a client atleast they should have shown some courtesy to ask more.As I told him They should order from other restaurant & see how a biryani is prepared.Here goes...

This outlet of parsa's is small with the capacity of 30 people, as for the food is concerned it is quite tasty with a good variety available, same menu as everywhere, there have included fish variety also. Great place for family and small kids. Kabab platter is a must try, with lemonade. Dum biryani is also amazing, although food serving time is a lot as they have many online orders also.
