I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration after having the most unpleasant dining experience at parsa’s Tangmarg. Unfortunately, the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff Wajahat , wahid or Wajid don’t exactly remember the name completely overshadowed our ordered food which wasn’t exceptional .
We ordered chicken fried rice , keema , naan, and jumbo roll. To my surprise chicken fried served was Schezwan fried rice which is very spicy for a 4 year old to eat … I asked the server we ordered fried rice and not this one … he had the audacity to tell me “parsa mein yehi milta hai “ we then asked him to serve us some plain rice he said “ wo palate (plate) milega” we never asked anything about the price . I was met with attitude and a sarcastic comment from our server. “ Pehle bolna tha non spicy chiaye” When I politely pointed out the mistake, that fried rice and Shezwan fried rice are different he rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath “jao javed ko bolo”
The icing on the cake was when we asked for the bill we were told card machine is not working … we don’t stay in India and didn’t have Paytm facility … we were told “wo ap dhekho kaise dogay paise “and they all started laughing.
Thankfully I had some cash along otherwise they would have asked to walk miles to visit an ATM.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant ever again and would not recommend it to anyone ! Horrible...
Read moreFor the name that Parsa's has around J&K, the experience was a major let down. The cutlery was old, scratched plastic plates and unhygienic. The naan was rubbery and chewy (you are better off having raatuk lawaasé) and tandoori chicken was hard and stale. I have never had worse fries, extremely bland and soggy. The chicken rice they call biryani is a shame to come out of that kitchen. We had to request separately for every single tissue paper. Very underwhelming experience.
Edits: And just because the CHICKEN RICE has an egg, they call it AUTHENTIC HYDERABADI BIRYANI🤣🤣 The plates were black plastic, scratched and filthy. We had to wipe the entire cutlery and crockery before using. And Ofcourse Parsas is a multimillion dollar establishment that people would waste their time writing fake reviews for their downfall. No wonder you are 3.9 rated. I'm sure all the negative reviews are fake and you are in denial. 🤣🤣
And if you think this review is a spam, reach out to your team, we have expressed our disappointment in that little restaurant of yours as well. This chain is a proof that increasing the scope does not always retain...
