Zab Bites — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

We went there for the first time and we enjoyed the location and sitting here and it was very clean and a good place to sit.We went there as a group of 3 and we were supposed to order for one person, but the staff told us that we had to order two, not one.Which we have not seen or heard of in any other restaurant till date.And especially, we didn't like the way the staff spoke. Maybe they didn't have a good experience with it.Please Teach them how to communicate with guests....

I'm extremely disappointed with the hotel's food quality and service. I ordered fried rice, which had a strong burnt smell throughout the dish. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they replaced it. However, the new serving had the same issue - a distinct burnt smell. It's unacceptable that they couldn't get it right even after knowing about the problem. Definitely won't be recommending this...
