The food is delicious 😋. It's not too expensive. Thank u soooo much for serving the best kheer loved it.

Actually apart from my own review I wanted to ask Ms. Jammu girl Rajni charak u ordered a special dal makhni which was totally unhealthy for u bcz there was only ghee on it sryy I mean DUPLICATE DESI GHEE mixed with REFINED. Soo did they mixed the "duplicate desi ghee with refined" in front of you. Or did the dal came with a notice that Desi gheee is duplicate mixed with refined. And u even have price issues soo if the dal was 160rs (only 1 Bowl 🥣) I think u wanted them to give you the whole bartan jisme dal makhni bnte hai in 160rs.

Agr kise aur ache Chinese restaurant mai jaoge to jo momos bhr 50 or 60 rs per plate milte hai wahi ache restaurant mai ja kr momos ke jagah ek costly naam wali dish like (dimsums) jo hote momos he hai. Unke liye 200 or 250 dene mai to itne problem nai hote bt ek ache authentic Indian food ke liye 160rs b zydaaa lgte hai loogo ko.

Jammu girl Rajni if u r such a good cook that u even know the recipe of zamindara special dal makhni then why don't u open your own special place for dal makhni sooo that people could have a much better experience at your place then going to zamindara for getting disappointed.

🌟☝️The FooD There is TasTy and First Time We Went There and Ordered a Deluxe ThaLi and it had varietis of meal in it. And Next time when We Went There , We Ordered Some Butter Rotis with Dal And Curd and it was tasty too also we saved some budget. So Keep in Mind , Don't Go for Full ThaLi Instead Order What you like separately. You will not EvEn Save money but also able to enjoy the taste of every DiSh to its core. 💯And About The Place, it's Much Busy Around Evening And NiGhT TiMe. So You may have to wait to get the seats vacant. And This Maybe coz one Room Has Air Conditioner And The Other Is Not So People Wait for the seats in AC room. I would SUGGEST THE OWNER TO GET AC in Other Hall Too. And , Around Noon Time, there aren't much people so you will easily find seats. 💯And Don't Forget To Try Their MatKa KuLFi. 🌟🌟🌟 So Over All , It Is Indeed A Decent Place In...

I have been to Zamindara Dhaba twice and both times with the family.

Positive:

The taste is excellent. The Zamindara Dhaba special Dal Makhni is the best dish you can have here.

They do have an Air Conditioned seating area for families but it can house only 40-45 people at Max.

Don't forget to ask for the Anardana chutney. It's amazing.

Negative:

It's crowded almost all the times. You can't control the type of people dining around you.

Once the Air Conditioned area is full, you have two options, either wait for a table to get cleared or switch to the adjacent not so furnished dining area.

The review is 4 star and not 5 star just for the hygiene part, where the dhaba gains in taste it loses out on hygiene.

The staff is a little overtasked at times and the orders can take upto 15 minutes which is clearly mentioned...
