A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience at Mad Over Grills My recent visit to Mad Over Grills was, frankly, an absolute disaster. I came away feeling completely ripped off and utterly dissatisfied with every aspect of the experience. It has made me seriously question the numerous positive reviews online; I suspect they might be fully paid for. The service was appalling. From the moment we sat down, we were under constant, unwelcome pressure. A waiter approached our table every five minutes to rush us, insisting we hurry up and place our full order because the kitchen was supposedly closing, even though the live counters were still openly operating and available for the next 35 minutes. The most frustrating part was the deceptive billing. We were pressured into paying the complete amount in advance for our full planned meal—starters and a main course. The waiter assured us that while the 'live order' system was closing, the main courses we paid for would be held and served after we finished our starters. This was a lie. We finished our starters, and they never delivered the main course we had already fully paid for. We essentially paid for a full dinner and only received an appetizer. This feels like outright theft. As if the poor service and billing issues weren't enough, the cleanliness was seriously questionable. I was disgusted to find a cockroach on our table. This is completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one charging premium prices. Finally, the mocktails section in the physical menu was misleading. It showed many options, but when we went to order, we were told only three options were actually available. Again, it felt like bait-and-switch. In summary, we paid full price for a partial, rushed, and unsanitary meal that was constantly interrupted by pushy staff. The entire experience was a sham. My experience:

Taste: Below Average.

Staff and Service: very bad, ask for a thing they take 30-40 mins to serve that.

Hygiene: Changed the tables 2 times, due to cockroaches on the table ( didn't found insects in food but it won't take much time when someone will discover insects in food at this place). Even where the icecream was getting served some insects were visible on that table as well.

Menu: The items provided are not as per menu available on Google or even available at that place, the mocktails are served with only one flavour others are always out of stock, icecreams just one flavour others out of stock, the starters were not as per the count displayed on the menu when I asked they said yes they do not have everything they put in the menu. Even in the barbeque they didn't have mushrooms saying that it's not available.

Don't go with the ratings 1.7K people rated for this place, I don't think the ratings are legit, I guess they are fake, even bigger cities have ,1.7K-2K avg people ratings for mad over grills so no way a small city like jamnagar will have 1700 peoples rating that too when this place is just opened few months...

Nice experience with the food as well as atmosphere and location of the town.

Lots of options they are offering in unlimited concepts like starter soups, finger chips, manchurian, dragon potatoes, noodles, Chinese bhel, brownie, pestris, salads, hot salads, pastas, Punjabi sabjis, naan, paratha, roti, popcorns, lots of cold drinks, ice cream, and lots of barbecue options they are offering. In short kids will love the food here.

Nice atmosphere also that you will feel positive vibes here, you can arrange birthday parties here they will give service of stage decoration also.

So If you are visiting Jamnagar and if you are foodie then this one is must visit...
