My recent visit to this establishment was extremely disappointing. The service provided by the staff was the worst I have encountered. Despite repeatedly calling for assistance and even raising my voice to get their attention, there was no response from any of the staff members.
Basic necessities such as paper towels and spoons were not provided. While I understand that this is a Dhaba and not a fine dining restaurant, some level of customer service is still expected. Throughout our visit, we requested paper napkins multiple times. The staff would walk around with them but deliberately ignored our table and did not hand them to us.
In a last attempt to get what we needed, I approached the main person who handles payments and asked politely for some napkins. His response was dismissive; he simply told me to get them from inside. At that moment, it became clear that no one at this place took any ownership of customer service.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay more for such poor service. The lack of basic courtesy and responsiveness from the staff made the experience even worse. Frankly, it would have been better to get a cup of tea from a small tea stall, where the service is often more personal and attentive, than to spend money here and be treated so poorly.
I hope the management takes note of this feedback and makes necessary improvements to their customer service. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant...

I recently dined at a local dhaba, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the aroma of spices and the rustic charm of the place welcomed me. The menu was a treasure trove of traditional Indian dishes, and I couldn't wait to dig in.
I started with the samosas, which were perfectly crispy and accompanied by a tangy chutney. For the main course, I opted for the butter chicken and garlic naan. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, with a perfect balance of flavors, and the garlic naan was soft and aromatic. The spice level was just right for my taste, and I appreciated the authentic taste of each dish.
The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The dhaba's ambiance transported me to the heart of India, with its colorful decor and traditional music playing in the background. I couldn't resist ending my meal with a cup of masala chai, which was a comforting and flavorful conclusion.
In summary, the dhaba provided an authentic taste of India with its flavorful dishes and warm ambiance. It's a must-visit for anyone craving traditional Indian cuisine in a...
