Havana Restro — Restaurant in Jhansi

It's a first time, I booked a table for my family in advance over the call in this restaurant and it's one of my worst experience as below things lagging;

1. No water in cooler when sitting in open area for privacy with family and when asked staff, it was ignored so ultimately, went inside the hall
2. staff behaviour was very rude, long delay in Food serving. Staff members were gossiping but did not bother to handle customer
3. Fool quality and quantity was very poor , however prices were very high
4. It was agreed on call to arrange Tava roti but when we were there, staff strictly denied to arrange it
5. when using bathroom/toilet, no electricity arrangement and when asked to staff, only sorry from their end.
6. live singing confirmation was giving on phone but no live singing
7. no normal water was available, only Bisleri water bottle
8. Staff members were not available to arrange sitting area, noone bother to clean the table untill one asked

Totally very worst experience and I will not recommend to go.

🫰 During my visit to Jhansi, visited this place. Honestly, before going to the place, I dint have much expectations, however once I went there, was quite impressed, below more about my experience -

🍕 Food - was good, most of the items we were ordered were yum - chilly chicken, pizza (loved it), dahi ke kebab, and finally biryani (unexpectedly that's the best thing on their menu, still feel like going back and eating it)

🪅 Ambience - it's actually quite a vibrant place - beautifully decorated, have a singer sitting in the middle to entertain everyone. My suggestion, sit outside in the hut, it's worth it (no point sitting in the inner restaurant)

👌 Service - very helpful and made sure you were being looked after (very rare in Jhansi)

🙌 Overall - next visit, definitely coming back here again, if not for anything then...

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the ambiance was pleasant and inviting, the food and drinks were a major letdown. The dishes were lackluster, lacking any real depth of flavor, and the mocktails were poorly executed—either too strong or oddly balanced. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional and seemed to lack basic communication skills. There was little attention to detail, and it felt like we were being ignored most of the time. For a place that could have potential, it left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t be rushing back...
