Nested in the heart of our city, Cafe Mysa gestures with its warm ambience and tantalising aromas.
Food: First and foremost, let’s talk about the amazing food. Each dish I ordered was thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients, which ensures a burst of flavour in every bite.
Staff: Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the attentive staff, whose genuine wishes set the tone for what would be a delightful experience. They offered recommendations that were tailored to my preferences.
Ambience: As I settled into a cosy corner, I couldn’t help but admire the Cafe's charming decor.
Picturesque: Hailing from Ranchi, a city with uncertain weather can be experienced perfectly from Mysa. Picture-perfect sunset that dances across the horizon, like a masterpiece in motion, painting the sky in a breath-taking pallet of hues.
But the magic doesn’t end here, I visited during the rainy season and when the first droplets of rain begin to fall, it’s as if nature itself is putting on the show, and I was witnessing it with a delicious hot burger and a bunch of fries. Witnessing a hail storm from the comfort of the cafe, cosy, interior is an experience that stayed with me long after the hailstone had melted away, I wish I could upload the video.
Now let’s talk about the star of the show, the coffee. Cafe Mysa takes pride in serving the finest beans, and it is reflected in every sip. My friend had Peach Iced tea And she equally loved it.
In conclusion, Cafe Mysa is heaven for nature lovers and coffee aficionados alike. Cafe Mysa is a hidden gem that captures the essence of what a great Cafe should be: welcoming, delicious food and infused with a touch of magic. So do yourself a favour and visit them you will...
Read moreI visited Cafe Mysa for the second time after having an amazing experience earlier with their chicken lasagna and chicken steak sizzler. Unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing.
We ordered spaghetti bolognese, shish tawook, fish fingers, and a Ferrero Rocher milkshake. Among these, the fish fingers were the highlight – crispy, fresh, and delicious. However, the spaghetti was overly sour with a strong tomato flavour that didn’t appeal to me, and the shish tawook had very little chicken for the price – only three sticks with just a few small pieces.
The milkshake was much sweeter than expected, with very little actual chocolate taste. The biggest letdown was the service – only two staff members were working, and we had to wait 30 minutes just to get our order. To top it off, the bill included a ₹67 service charge despite the slow service and long waiting time.
The ambience is definitely cozy and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes, but this visit made me feel the consistency is lacking.
Overall Ratings: • Service: Poor • Food Quality: Good • Taste: Poor (apart from some items) • Quantity: Less in certain dishes • Service Charges: Added extra despite delays
I hope they work on service speed, portion sizes, and taste consistency, as the cafe has potential but needs improvement to match...
Read more5th May, My 2.5 year old son and I were waiting at the cafe for my friend to arrive. she was running late. It was 4.50 PM. I had ordered Fish Finger for my son and a Hazelnut cappuccino for myself as I waited for my friend. The coffee was at my table in 10 min- just lukewarm. Not hot.
The fish finger arrived after my friend reached at 5.50 PM. That too after reminding the staff for 2 to 3 times. I even told them that it's for my son. He is hungry. They said it will be there in no time. But it arrived after almost an hour. The staff could have informed me that it will take sometime and I could have ordered something else for my child. It was disappointing.
It was my first time at the cafe. Though I had ordered food on Zomato and it was amazing. That was the reason I chose the place when one of my old friends was in town.
The peach iced tea she ordered was Bitter. Too much flavour was added to it. She had to call the staff and ask them to mellow the taste down. Even then she couldn't finish it. It didn't taste like someone made it with love.
It was a terrible experience for us. Though I would love to revisit the place, I would definitely like it if the service got better.
The hazelnut cappuccino - lukewarm (not hot) The fish fry - arrived an hour of late The peach iced tea -...
