A Rooftop Dining Experience at Cloud 245 – A Special Birthday Dinner on 11th June

On 11th June, I celebrated my birthday at Cloud 245, a rooftop restaurant I had often heard about but never visited. I was accompanied by two of my family members, and we were looking for a peaceful place to enjoy dinner and spend quality time together.

Upon arriving at the top floor, we were presented with two seating options — one in a closed indoor hall and the other in an open-air rooftop section. We chose the open space, and it turned out to be a great decision.

The rooftop area looked vibrant and festive, with bright decorative lighting, balloon arrangements, and a beautiful neon "Cloud 245" sign on the greenery backdrop. This area clearly doubles as a spot for small parties and celebrations, making it a lively yet cozy space. Though the sofa was a bit hard, we switched to the regular chairs with blue and white covers, which were more comfortable.

The view from the rooftop was truly refreshing — we could see the cityscape, roads, and surrounding industrial area, all under an open sky. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, especially considering it’s located in a busy part of the city. It gave us a sense of calm and exclusivity.

The food was good, and everything was served warm and fresh. The Paneer Butter Masala was rich and creamy, though the flavor could have been a bit more pronounced. The Butter Naan was soft and perfectly tandoor-cooked with a slight crisp, and the Masala Kulcha was flavorful and nicely stuffed.

The highlight was the hot Gulab Jamun, served in a small glass katori-style bowl. It was soft, warm, and soaked in syrup just right — a sweet ending to our meal.

While the taste was good overall, I personally felt that the pricing was slightly on the higher side considering the flavors. It wasn’t overpriced, but you might expect a bit more richness or quantity at that price point.

The service was quick and the staff was responsive, but one thing that stood out was their casual dress code, which didn’t quite match the otherwise elegant vibe of the rooftop. A more professional appearance could elevate the overall dining experience.

Cloud 245 offers a pleasant rooftop dining experience with a beautiful view, peaceful ambiance, and well-prepared food. It’s a good spot for birthdays or casual dinners, especially if you enjoy dining under the open sky. While the food is good, a bit of enhancement in taste or pricing balance and more professional service presentation would make it even better.

Hospitality is excellent. Staff members are humble and pro-active.Suitable for all kind of family friends n Executive n business class guest n get together. Amenities like roof top play area are totally worth for money if you come with family. Cleanliness n hygiene n one of the area I want the management to work in.
