This domino's outlet is providing exceptional poor service. I am eating dominos pizza since 2012 and visited several store and locations across India. They delivered cold pizza late by more than 90 minutes and served cold pizza on 14/02/25 order number #91 despite of 2 hours advance booking. They cheated and till date not updated delivery time in this order.

They promised me to deliver free pizza due to delay and gave me direct phone number during delivery. Later they stopped lifting phone and refused to provide anything during next order Both store managers male and female are very rude Unexpected poor service of dominos in this outlet.

Better I will not accept even a one minute delayed delivery in future.

Online experience through Zomato

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order via Zomato and it was a complete disaster. The delivery was significantly delayed, and by the time the pizza finally arrived, it was completely cold. The delivery partner was unreachable—didn’t pick up any calls—and instead of coming to the provided address, he kept moving in the opposite direction.

To make matters worse, my order is still showing as open in the app, so I can’t even rate or report the issue through the proper channels. This shows a complete lack of coordination between Domino’s and their delivery partners.
