The current staff is not at all ready to address customer concerns and needs. We are there one of the loyal customer since last 15 years then it was names as 'Shri Krishna' sweet shop. My dad recently purchased sweets which was far more than the required quantity so we asked them to exchange it with some other purchase on the same day. But the reception staff was not at all ready to understand and help us. They are especially not at all welcoming and rude. Even being regular to their store getting such bad service from them. New Review I Bought sweets( chena payes) Today during Navami Durga Puja the the quality was so bad its unbelievable . If you have guests at home then I suggest do not buy from here as it is too risky . The Chena payes was as thin as water almost like they made one portion of it and to earn extra added one extra portion of water . 😠😠😠
