This is by far the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE with you guys.. Poor customer service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

They don’t even deserve a single star !!

We have been cheated by the OWNER. we had ordered medium size pizza and they delivered small size pizza, they took the money of medium size pizza and they did not inform us prior regarding the size. When I reached home, It was such a horrible experience to witness that the pizza was all burnt, the base was hard and uncooked, they even didn’t cut the pizza into slices, the size was small and the quality and quantity was immensely pathetic.

When I called them They were not ready to accept their mistakes in first go..later they were ready to pay the difference amount of small size pizza but my concern is not about the money but about the quality that the loyal customers aspires for! They were arrogantly accepting and proudly returning the money in sake of the refund. Later their staffs were readily accepting the mistakes.. What sort of behaviour is this!! Why you guys are the owner when you are putting your blames to your working staffs, the owner should be responsible for their mistakes and not the working staffs!

Eventually I had to go back to return the pizza and take my money back, and to my surprise the OWNER had the audacity to not even accept her apology for the mess she created around😡😡

In short, your service has completely ruined my evening And I would never want to order from your store further and would tell the readers to check before they buy anything from the store!
