Frosty Sky , Restaurant And Lounge — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Located on 5th floor of devrani complex i had to walk my way through to the top...yes lift was not working.Being fully covered roof too makes it a Very hot & humid dingy place.i perspirated all the time when outside temperature was barely 25℃ ...the bathroom was like some of those in second class compartment of indian railways. They have provided a disc like floor which is good but haven't given proper party speakers for enjoyment. Talking about seating the sofas were as untidy dirty as anything.
