Gyani's Restaurant — Restaurant in Jharkhand

The images below are of the food that has been wasted.I have ordered food worth 1700 from gyani delivery. The food delivered within the stated timelines. However, my expectations completely shattered with the food today. The quality was horrible and it was really bad and stale because whoever has consumed that food had stomach aches. It was hard to believe since we had fine dine in experience but was totally dissatisfied to the quality of the food they do the online ones. Though it was the only option in Telco colony and we already had tasted the food we thought to order it for a Sunday weekend night, but it could not go as terrible as it is. I have just thrown the meal and writing this review. This has led to me that bad experience that I cannot even think to do give it another try. The 1 star I can think of was for the past exp and the service that the waiters showcases there. That is great! I don't usually give bad reviews, but just to put it out there, if you are looking for dine in that could be great, but it's my third time me with gyani for online delivery ( this time through gyani directly other 2 were from Zomato) they have only degraded the quality and quantity. It's alomost 12 so I cannot give feedback to them but would surely call them tomorrow and hope they can work in this regards.we were not able to completely eat any of the items so I had to throw 65 percent of the food. Yeah this is better place for having a Dinner & Lunch in Telco area. I would say I loved this Restaurant.Food quality are so good. This is a Family A/C Restaurant. Here you are served as a Veg & Non-Veg Dishes.Many variety are available in Veg as well as Non Veg dishes.One thing is missing here there is no dessert option.Its so nice and clean place.It provides quality services in your budget not quite expensive like other one. Very quiet environment. So affordable and tasty dishes are available here also you get THALI options here. One of the best Restaurant in this area. If you're ordering online food from his website or Cell Numbers you'll get home delivery services in nearby areas. I ordered through Zomato and since I am allergic to green veggies I go ahead to mention in cooking instructions about it everytime I order. I did the same and went a step to give this restaurant a call mentioning the same to which he agreed upon.

I waited for 1+ hour and had to call again for update, to which the owner mentioned more 15 mins. (Zomato delivery time was 45 mins).

I recieved the order in 1 hour 35 mins and was shocked to see nothing of which I mentioned was followed. My order had all the things which I mentioned not to add ( Capsicum, cabbage, etc).

When tried to reach the restaurant the owner just listened to what I said and with zero apologies and words he was like, I said what I had to and hung up the call and never picked it back.
