The staff at Hana, although they seem to be short-staffed, are incredibly friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the menu and provide recommendations. I appreciate their patience and willingness to assist. The owners of the restaurant are also polite and considerate, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

Now, let's talk about the food. My experience at Hana has been a mix of delightful surprises and a few disappointments. The Thukpas, including Gyathuk and Thenthuk, have been nothing short of incredible. They are packed with flavor and are an absolute must-try. Every spoonful is a treat.

As for the appetizers, they have been a mixed bag. The Wontons have been a standout for me; they are flavorful and delicious. However, the Sushi and Chilli Paneer were just good enough, not exceptional. On the other hand, the steamed momos didn't quite meet my expectations. Absolutely love this place. The city has been missing out on an authentic ramen place for forever.

This place goes ahead and fixes that. They have a fantastic spread of authentic Asian dishes. You get ramen, thukpa, momos, wontons and what not. Everything is reasonably priced. The food taste, quantity and presentation are absolutely terrific. 10/10 for the food.

The staff is very polite and responsive.

Let me talk about the ambiance first, as you enter, you can feel a comfy cozy environment and give in homely vibes. In food, the salmon sushi which we had was a delicacy. Other than that the sergeant chicken wings were also good. Coming to the ramen and rice, I would say it was average would have been better. But I would suggest a one time visit...
