Kaveri's Restaurant — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Dear kaveri mgmt, i hope this feedback is taken in a positive way . Ever since kaveri opened in Ashok nagar, We are your regular customers.we have dined in quite a few times but generally it's takeaway. Today 24th oct we visited fr lunch. No doubt your food quality is good but your uneducated staff made the experience terrible. Firstly when you go with family and everyone orders dish of their choice is it that one item will come first then other n so on? We ordered at 2:17 pm. By mistake I ordered a thali assuming that everything is prepared in advance only the rotis would take time. To my surprise your staff served chole bhature first then pizza which I ordered fr my kid n finally at 2:50 pm after a lot of nagging n repeated poking thali came n that too such bad presentation! The Puri served in thali to other customers was beautifully fluffed but ours was soggy . Your staff forgot to get rice n sweets n brought it much later. Incomplete thali. So until my mother's meal came I sat with the chole bhature near me which again turned soggy as waited to have it together. Also your staff never bothers to check if we need some water. Earlier too we have had experiences here but it was ignorable but now we would never visit kaveri again. Although it hardly matters fr you but i felt very humiliating by the kind of...

It was a mistake ordering at Kaveri Ashok Nagar. It seems the brand name is attracting the reviews but the services are really not upto the mark. Had paid advance to get sweets delivered at the destinated time the next day. Next day after the lapse of the time had to remind the for 3/4 times and then the order was located by them. Even after an hour of the giving them reminder they could not deliver the sweets and the reason was that they couldn't find the address, the adress where amazon, flipkart even zomato delivers the things. Anyways the then after a argument agreed to deliver the sweets at railway station as I was travelling outside, at the station the sweets were delivered but the packing was worst packing I have seen, the seal was not proper and the chasni was all over the packet, I had specially requested them to pack the product nicely as I have to take it outstation but being over confident with their brand name they became very casual and negligent, the road side sweet shops are more attentive and give better customer service.

My advise please be very careful if you are ordering sweets to get it delivered to any relative or friend, there is a chance that you loose your peace and relation...

PATHETIC hygiene. All the tables and chairs are incredibly dirty, with old food spilled on them. I don't think they’ve ever been cleaned since the restaurant started serving customers.

The staff are as bad as their hygiene. They don’t respond to you unless you call them multiple times (if you’re lucky). After calling them the fourth time, they walk over with a noticeable attitude.

The staff only gossip and use their phones. When I asked someone why the place was so dirty and requested they clean it, they went back to the other staff members, looked in my direction, and started gossiping. The other staff members also started looking at me. Someone eventually came to clean the table, but after cleaning it with their dirty hands, they used those same hands to handle the "fresh and washed" cutlery. These are the spoons we use for our meals.

I had visited the restaurant about three months ago and experienced the same issues with gossiping staff and dirtiness. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have been a bad day, but the same problems occurred this time.

I will never go back and would never recommend...
