I had a terrible experience at this Lapino’z Pizza outlet. I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:47 PM, and even after a long wait, they weren’t prepared. The place felt unhygienic — the AC was leaking water, which made the environment worse.

The staff were not wearing gloves while handling cups and food items, and were constantly busy on their phones instead of attending to customers. There was no manager present to supervise or ensure proper standards.

What’s most concerning is the lack of hygiene in food preparation. Staff were touching their nose, eyes, and body and then making pizzas, which is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. Needs...

Order ID 7335211,....i oder 2 pizza both of the pizza is very tasteless the pizza is not cook well,cheese is also very less and the another one that is panner tikka pizza it also very tasteless I complaint but he told me that the pizza is well cook.....but the pizza is not cooked well I talk to the senior he argue with me.....i suggest never try with lapinoz pizza they are making customer fool and take money and not provide better solution......i suggest all the customer to never try his pizza and don't...

It's a little but beautiful from inside. I personally like this place. Pizza's of La Pino'z, they have literally surprised me. They were damn delicious. I really enjoyed their Pizza. If you are a cheese lover, you shouldn't miss the Cheezy-7 pizza of this place. They also offer you tomato and mustard sauce. Apart from that the staffs were nice had nice behaviour and especially the girl who was on the counter, she explained the offers and about pizza in delighted...
