MAA HOTEL — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Exterior parts of the hotel is to good and so much space for parking and one of the most amazing things is that the watchman he speek in English with south Indian accent. On the other hand interior part of the hotel 🏨 👉 space is to much but table and chairs are not organized in proper way, waiter are not trained even they're not know how to treat customers and provide some pleasure with his appearance...

●No menu card it's very difficult to choose a perfect meal

● Non Veg food(tast waise) are not good and price are not relevant with service and hospitality.

●Veg food much better than Non Veg

It can be famous to other, for mine it is worst restaurant ever i seen. Service quality is very poor. And they have limitation of dine type. The sitting chair is not friendly, made of steel bar and so uncomfortable. The waiters/workers will not listen you easily after calling 2 or more time they will listen. They will not take your order untill you call them. At last your bill will not come to your table, after taking lunch/dinner you have to go to counter to pay bill.And personally i think, the amount is too high for this quality of dhaba. Located on the high way, the hotel is quite accessible with big parking area. There is sufficient space inside and outside the hotel and has a nearby petroleum pump available.
