The Great Indian Cafe — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I saw some videos of this place… thought of visiting… but when I visited the place I was really disappointed as they were unable to serve most of the items from the menu… they were running some platter offer… and the place was occupied only for having that offer platter…. But most of them walked out with dissatisfaction because what they presented in the video wasn’t served . Yes , they provided discounts on questioning some items being missed in the plater… but I believe one should work on this and improve their service especially when they post something on social platforms… customers make up their mind, schedule and lot of efforts to visit places in weekends and they shouldn’t be...

The service here is getting worse. It takes far too long, and items are not served properly. If you serve a water bottle, you should also serve a glass without being asked. And if we order coffee with starters, both should be served at the same time, not after the starters are finished. Otherwise, there’s no point in ordering them together. It had happened to us over multiple occasions. So not visiting...
