Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Jharkhand

It's one of the best places to eat from in Dhanbad. Quality is also fantastic but I feel they were really good at the beginning but now their quality, quantity and taste, everything has deteriorated. It's not bad in any terms. It's still really good but for 4/5 pieces of momos(size reduced now), the price they charge is not justified. Their recent Himalayan momo tastes not so great. For 30 rupees one can have decent quantity of momos at stalls and compared to those stalls the upgradation in value proposition Wow Momo offers is not big in difference. Especially now in 2024. But I do love their combos, it's perfect for kids to make them happy and overall taste is really good. I just wish they keep the same price as standard what they do in offers once in a while. That or somewhere around that would be...

For the first time I visited wow momos in dhanbad, but have been a regular customer outside Dhanbad city. Based on that I could say that, quality is not all maintained here.

I have ordered a Darjeeling Momos meal. Both momos and burger were not fresh. I have asked on the counter, they somewhat agreed on this and were ready for another fresh delivery, which means they know they are not giving fresh items. Very very disappointed. If you can't serve fresh food, then don't take orders, this will impact customers health.

For the dhanbad branch: Food 1 star Atmosphere 2 star: location wise it is not...

Food Is Good, but service is very bad. I ordered steamed Momo which was not hot at all, also looking the atmosphere it's look like no one was interested (actually there was no one present at noon time) to run the outlet or maybe I go at wrong time ... *Suggestion - Momo should be served hot 🔥 whether it's steamed or fried... *Serving - They should also focused on Serving, they give momo even didn't flip it to front side... which looks terrible I think their primary focus is on food delivery not in dine in... ** No matter how good your food is, if you do not served customer properly...
