We had a very authentic and delicious south Indian breakfast today at Sankalp. Host Shailendra was very polite and gave us a warm welcome. The ambience was simple but elegant. Food was very tasty. We had Medu Vada to begin with which was very crunchy from outside and soft from inside as expected 10 out 10 for vada. Pudi Idlies were very very soft and tasty. 10 out 10 Masala dosa was bit dry but tasty. Needed little more oil to it. 8 out of 10. But the star among all the above was the SAMBAR which wss spiced perfectly and delicious! I had about 3 bowls of it. 20 out 10 for sambar ...lol

We Ordered combo of 3 dosas and Filter coffee. All dosas were served with 3 types of chutney and sambhar. Dosas were nice and crispy. Chutneys and sambhar has authentic taste. Filter coffee was good. Ambience was nicely done. Place is on fort road just near to paota Mostly a family place. Staff was polite and service was quick Visit Again All Of my Side
