Flavours of Cawnpore — Restaurant in Kanpur

Firstly, awful service, loud songs played, which don't go with the aesthetics of the place. Second of all on the ground floor AC was not working Their kitchen staff on the ground floor uses the same washroom (the only one on the ground floor). First floor is not suitable for people who have issues in their knees, so old people would have to bear the trouble.

Service is so awful you better cook your own food by the team it comes to you

Same 2 3 guys are taking orders and serving them running up and down Better have each floor accessible directly to the kitchen via a trolley system.

If a guy from the 2nd floor has to keep going to the ground floor and fetch it back it is just a clear time waste.

Total bill was 3000 for 4 people one kid Which is on the higher side given food was not so great and service...

I had such a pathetic experience from here. I have ordered missi roti, stuffed paratha and dal makhani from Zomato. Missi roti and paratha were completely burnt from one side while not cooked from the other side. Dal was okay okay but due to the bad conditions of bread I was not able to have it. I called in the restaurant and complained about it they fail to reorder my food that day and asked me to order next day. I was really hungry that day but still I managed to order the food from the other place that day and called the restaurant next day to fulfill my order or refund my money. But next day they said they don’t have delivery guy they can’t do this and that… Moral of the story is they didn’t take any action and my mood and money got wasted. Please don’t order and visit...

Tried Flavours of Cawnpore with high expectations since it’s a new entrant, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The major issue was the extremely delayed service. We had to wait well over 45 minutes for our order, and there was no proper update or communication from the staff during that time.

While the ambiance is decent but,the lack of prompt service really took away from the overall experience. It seemed like the kitchen and staff were completely overwhelmed, even though the place wasn’t fully occupied.

Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the timing and efficiency — first impressions matter, and sadly, this one...
