Absolutely Worst Experience at KFC – Never Coming Back! Very bad haa😡😡😡😡

I had one of the most disgusting experiences at KFC recently. I ordered their Chicken Tandoori Burger in dine-in , expecting at least some level of quality—but what I got was a stale, cold, and clearly old burger that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was chewy, dry, and had a weird smell. It felt like I was eating leftovers from the previous day.

I politely informed the staff and asked for a fresh replacement, but to my shock, they refused to give me a new one. No apology, no concern, just a straight NO. This is completely unacceptable for a brand like KFC.

Even my friend tasted the burger and immediately said, “This is not fresh, it’s horrible.” We both felt disgusted. We didn’t even finish it.

I’ve never expected such poor food quality and even worse customer service from a big chain like KFC. If you can’t serve fresh food, at least respect your customers enough to fix your mistakes. This kind of treatment is shameful.

I went to this place and day is next to next day of Shravan so the crowd was more than the usual days, I stood up in the queue waiting to place the order since all the staff was busy in pacing and preparing the already booked orders and after some time when the staff started taking the orders some people from the back side came forward and started placing the order on which I objected to which the staff taking the order replied very rudely " order toh mujhe lena hai mai dekh lunga kiska order kab lena hai " and this is just because his order value is higher than me (Rs 700+) and I just wanted to order a burger.

After this I tried to complain this to the store manager Anand but he also neglected what I was saying or what I wanted to say and continue to pack the orders.

This is an absolutely pathetic behaviour from them and also this kind of behaviour under the tag of the branded KFC is totally unacceptable.

First of all they had no clue how to use sodexo as payment although it was mentioned at their outlet that sodexo is available as option for payment.
