Disappointing Stay: Loud Music Ruined Our Night

I recently had the misfortune of staying in this hotel and I must say that the experience was a letdown. While the hotel's location and amenities were satisfactory, the loud music noise in our room throughout the night was unbearable.

We checked in around 7:30 PM, exhausted from a long day of travel. We settled down in our room after having dinner which good in taste as well as in quantity. Initially the loudness of music was not that much may be because of other surroundings sounds so we slept at 11 pm. However, I woke up at 1 am finding it difficult to sleep again as the thumping music from the wedding hall began to seep into our room. The bass was so loud that it vibrated through the floor and walls, making it impossible for us to sleep again.

I didn't complaint at that time showing some coursity towards people who are very enthusiastic for dance in weeding. However, this decision proved to be nightmare. I slept on & off up to 5 am and finnally decided to confront.

So, I went in the lobby and asked reception guy to turn down the music. He called the venue manager in front of me and said that guest are complaining, please stop the music. Based on his assurance, I came to my room. However, even after 10 minutes there is no change in music and bass was so loud that it was unbearable even while wakeup.

So, I went again and said that you have 5 minutes, either you stop the music or the Police will stop and came back to my room. Finally music stopped but sleep was disturbed and I was not able to sleep after that.

The hotel's failure to provide a peaceful environment for their guests is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of comfort and quietness in my room, especially at night.

I recently stayed at the Royal Cliff Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. This was supposed to be a relaxing time with my family, but the hotel's unprofessionalism completely ruined it.||Firstly, the breakfast was a disaster. At 8 in the morning, the food was cold and unappetizing. They couldn't even manage to make a simple dish like French toast properly. When we went for a swim, the water was green and there was visible fungus around. This is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of maintenance. I even took a picture to show how bad it was.||When I complained to the staff, their response was shocking. They were extremely unprofessional and behaved like roadside people, telling me that it was my fault and that "it is what it is." Such an attitude towards customers is disgraceful and unacceptable.||Royal Cliff Hotel's lack of professionalism and care has greatly affected what was supposed to be quality time with my family. We visited your restaurant for a family dinner, expecting a pleasant evening—but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've had.

The staff seemed poorly trained and lacked basic hospitality. It felt more like a roadside dhaba than the 3-star establishment you claim to be. Several items listed on the menu were unavailable, and instead of informing us transparently, the staff kept pushing regular, uninspiring alternatives.
