Miso — Restaurant in Kanpur

Dining at Miso was the most terrible experience of my life. I went there with my friends and most of us are pure vegetarians and to our horror, they served us the non-vegetarian soup. Please do not rely on this so called fine-dining restaurant's hygiene standards, there utensils for veg and non veg food are not separate. When we called on manager to escalate the issue, he took more than 15 minutes to come and attend to us.To cover up their mistakes, they were absolutely helpless and started offering us free desserts to compensate. Hurting someone's religious/moral sentiments and then even making a bigger mistake by trying to cover up through freebies just reflects their own moral standards. I would request food inspectors to kindly look into the matter and take a strict action against them so that they do not feed non-vegetarian to vegetarians in future.

I went there on my wedding anniversary, a kind of special occasion for me. We wanted to try something new. We tried Vietnamese food there which seems similar to panner pakoda with sone garlic and mayo. Then for the first in life I tried Sushi 🍣. I will say that was average experience as my tougue is fond of spicy north Indian. In the last we tried kolkata noodles with some veg gravy over which was the worst. They also serve cocktails and mocktails which have fancy names with usual taste. They also offered us free peanuts. The staff was very cooperative and warming. They arranged candle lighy for us. I visited Miso Restaurant with my family and we were disappointed with the service and some of the dishes. The service was slow, and while most items were good, the Thai curry was overly sweet, resembling a dessert rather than a savory dish. Additionally, we were initially told that sangria was only available by the glass, but they eventually served it in a pitcher upon our request. Unfortunately, the sangria was far from satisfactory, and when we expressed our concerns, both the manager and waiter were unresponsive, stating that this was their standard preparation.
